Refund/Changes To Custom Order Policy
ALL REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IN FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY!
All custom orders MUST be cancelled or have changes made 1 full week BEFORE the pick up day, to receive a full refund* or have changes made.
(*-minus a 10% fee if you paid with a credit card. 5% fee for cash and Venmo customers. This is because Sweet! incurs refund processing fees, cost for ingredients, loss of other potential orders, and prep work time and planning done for your custom order.)
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PICK UP DAY
NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO YOUR CUSTOM ORDER WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PICK UP DAY
(Examples: Custom order pick up day is 12/15. Customer would have to cancel or change their order by closing 12/7 to receive a full refund or to make changes to their order. If customer calls to cancel or change their order from 12/8 to 12/15, changes can NOT BE MADE and they would receive NO REFUND.)
NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!
Any custom order not picked up by the customer 48 hours after agreed upon pick up time becomes the property of Sweet!
Sweet! is not responsible for damage incurred to any custom order once it has left our store (or left our possession, if we are delivering the order.)
